- Model: Care team - Supervision 1:4/5
- 8hr shifts
- M-Th with 4-5 rooms per day
- EMR is HST
- 7a start time so arrive at 6:45
- Cases: Ophthalmology, Cataract, Oculoplastic, Retina
- Volume has peaked around 65 cases in a day
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
