- Required - 7-3P Mon-Friday.
- No OT.
- Day Shift: Required.
- Case Type(s): General, Ortho.
- Board Certification or Fellowship Required: BCRNA.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License? Possible, but ideally would already have.
- Site Charting System: iPro.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 34.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
- Other notes about the site: Endoscopy site growth needs coverage 3 additional rooms per day Mon-Friday 7-3p.
- Accelerated Privileges: Emergency (under 30 days), Temporary (30-60 days).
- Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 90 days.
