- Board Certification or Fellowship Required: BCRNA.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 22.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Must be willing to cross privileges and work at all 4 facilities as needed.
- Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 90 days.
- Accelerated Privileges: Emergency (under 30 days) / Temporary (30-60 days) available for CLEAN file.
