Locum Emergency Physician needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Anacker, WI. WI license preferred.
- Shifts: Day (6a-6:30p) & Night (5:30p-6a) Shifts, must be flexible to either.
- Minimum of at least 6 shifts per month, up to 16 shifts per month.
- No Call.
- Practice Settings: Inpatient - Level 4
- The following support services have 24 hours availability at the facility: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology.
- Are newborn deliveries received in the ED: No.
- Is there a L&D department: Yes.
- 40-60 patients in 24hours in the ED/UC Setting.
- Patients per shift: 20
- # Beds: 13
- Average Patient Acuity: 3
- Support Team: 4 RNs, 2 NP/PA, 1 MA, 1 Office Staff
- Telestroke services, and Tele ICU Services utilized to support care as well as UW helicopter on site.
- EMR: Epic.
- Certification Requirements: Active WI License & DEA, ACLS, ATLS, ABEM
- Credentialing: 90 days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
