Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Goodview, MN. Must have MN license.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekday call.
- Weekend and holiday call (typically 1 in 6).
- Minimum coverage: 2 week per month (may be flexible, please reach out to me before submitting).
- Weekday shifts: 7a to 3p, 3p to 7a call.
- Weekend shifts: 24 hours (7a to 7a).
- Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes.
- Support staff: 3 to 4 CRNAs on shift, plus 2 pediatric CRNAs on Fridays
- Case volume: Typically 3 to 5 cases per day depending on OR load
- Patient population: Primarily adult and elderly, with light pediatrics (dental and laparoscopic)
- Practice setting: Rural hospital (49 beds)
- Department: 4 core ORs, dedicated endoscopy room, C-suite, 1 flex room, DaVinci robot available
- Procedures: Ortho (total joints, neuro spine, sports), General surgery, Plastics (cosmetic and reconstruction), Podiatry, OB (35 to 50 C-sections annually), Ophthalmology (cataracts), Neuraxial anesthesia (spinal, epidural, combined spinal-epidural) for elective cases.
- Board Certification: NBCRNA.
- Active MN license required.
- DEA required.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Skills required: Nerve blocks, OB, general anesthesia, spinals.
- Pediatrics experience preferred.
- Rural health experience strongly preferred.
- CRNA-only model (no MD oversight).
- Systems: EMR: Cerner/Oracle.
- Credentialing: 45 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
