- Shift Times: Required.
- Day Shift: Required.
- Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
- Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
- Holiday (Call): Preferred.
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Cases: General, Ortho, Be Regional Proficient.
- Required Specialty: General, Ortho, Urology.
- Board Certification Required: Yes.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Yes.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Other Notes: Beeper call extremely light. In a full year there has only been one call in after 7pm. No ICU so NO emergency cases or very sick patients.
- Credentialing: 90 days.
- $$2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
