Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work 6 months to 12 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near The Gulch, TN. TN license required.
- Shift: Day shift 8 or 10 hr.
- Call: Yes, but not all of them, just the best ones. Optional but highly preferred. Call need mainly for the 2nd half of year. Overnight in house call will be biggest need.
- Weekends: No, unless they are on call.
- Medical Direction.
- Types of cases: Include all but transplant and CV: Spine, orthopedic (total joints, revisions, scopes, etc.), gyn onc, surgical oncology (esophagectomy, liver resection, HIPEC, whipple, etc.) vascular (endo and open), urology (cysto, open, robot), neuro surgery (craniotomy and endo), plastics, gyn, some OB, interventional radiology, thoracic, general surgery, bariatric, and endoscopy.
- EMR: Meditech Expanse.
- Must have TN license or have one in a state that has a reciprocal agreement with TN which would allow for an expedited TN license.
- Provider needs to be comfortable with high acuity patients in a care team model with good regional skills.
- Will cross credential at 1 site.
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days.
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
