Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Fredonia, NY. NY license preferred.
- Required Shift Times: 8 hours. Full-time (Minimum 3 weeks per month).
- Day Shift: Required.
- Other Shift Type: Required Call starts after 8 hr shift.
- Call Rotation: Must be able to cover 1 weekend per month and 1 weeknight per week (Beeper call; volume is historically low).
- Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required.
- Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required.
- Cases: General, Ortho.
- Site Charting System: iPro.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
- Expedited Credentialing: 30 - 45 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
