Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Fredonia, NY. NY license preferred.
**$20k for 520 hours in 17 weeks, for FT 4 weeks/month providers plus call**
- Required Shift Times: 8 hours, 10 hours.
- Other Shift Time: Not Needed Shift is 8 hours, then beeper call. If not on call will be there up to 10 hours, until cases complete.
- Holiday (Call): Preferred.
- Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required.
- Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required.
- Cases: General, Ortho.
- Site Charting System: Epic, iPro.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
- Other notes about the site: own cases when on call, otherwise 1:4 during day.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
- Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 45 days.
- Accelerated Privileges: Temporary (30-60 days)
