Locum OBGYN needed near Salem, VA for 24hr-inhouse call shifts.
- Target Start: July 2026
- 4 to 8 24-hour in-house call shifts per month
- Will allow 2 24-hour in-house call shifts in a row to be worked
- Call Coverage responsibilities: All OB services on labor and delivery, Unassigned OB GYN call for the hospital
- Department description: Practice averages 70-75 deliveries and 20-25 non-obstetrical surgeries per month; this is not a slow practice.
- Will be expected to manage residents
- Bed Size: 146-bed acute-care medical center with excellent support staff and a medical staff of 280 physicians, representing a broad range of specialists, and a Level II Nursery.
- Skills Required: OBGYN core with minor GYN surgical
- EMR: Epic
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
- Certification Requirements: EFM, NRP, PALS, DEA, Active VA License
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
