- Clinic is Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5pm; Fri 8am-12pm.
- Call is 7am to 7am.
- Call: 1:3.
- Call Type: Beeper.
- Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient.
- Required Specialty Skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology, Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's.
- What are the average number of deliveries per year: 1, 650.
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP and Fetal Heart Monitoring.
- Fellowship: Preferred.
- Licensed in WA or IMLC.
- Level 3 Trauma.
- Clean History and Malpractice required.
- Active Washington State license required
- EMR: McKesson and Athena.
- Credentialing: Temp privileges available for provider with clean background and completed app turned in.
