- Required Shift Times: 8's, 10's.
- Day Shift: Required - 4x8s or 4x10s .
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Cases: General, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 26.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
- Must be able to start as soon as credentialed.
- Must be able to work 5 days/week or at least Monday and Friday. Ongoing if requesting less than 5 days.
- Must have GA license.
- Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 120 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
