Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Windsor Park, TX. TX license required.
- Required Shift Times: 8's.
- Preferred Shift Times: 10's, 12's.
- Cases: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB.
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Day Shift: Required.
- Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
- Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
- As Needed: Preferred.
- Holiday (Shift): Preferred.
- Holiday (Call): Preferred.
- Site needs at least 2 weeks of full time availability per month.
- Site Charting System: iPro, Meditech.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 30.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Yes.
- Providers will be working at 4 facilities.
- Physicians need to be available to travel to any other facility within the same day.
- Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 90 days.
- Accelerated Privileges: Temporary (30-60 days).
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
