Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Tobin Hill, TX. TX license required.
- Shift: 5x8 or 4x10. Need to offer 2 weeks minimum. Please notate preference in shift.
- Types of cases: PEDS + Neonates MUST MEET CASE LOG REQUIREMENTS BELOW.
- EMR: Epic.
- Clinician will be required to attend Epic training and/or test out.
- Requirements: Pediatric fellowship required.
- Provider will be doing their own cases.
- For Neonate (less than 60 weeks old) credentials at CHOSA: 15 cases are needed.
- Texas license required.
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
