Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Malden, WV. WV license required.
- Shift Details: able to work 5-8’s, 4’40, s 3 12’s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.
- Willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month.
- Types of surgery – General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center.
- EMR: Cerner.
- License Required: Yes.
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
