Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Garfield, AZ. AZ license required.
- Shifts: All 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a).
- Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need).
- Night Coverage: 3–6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.
- Hours: Typically 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 4 weeks; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired.
- Shift Model: Supervised Model.
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting.
- Current OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases.
- Must be flexible and willing to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR).
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
- Must be Board Certified within the last 5 years.
- Credentialing: AZ Licensed: 6 weeks, IMLC: ~2 months, Non-Licensed: ~3 months (based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history).
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
