Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Haltom City, TX. TX license preferred.
- Shift: 5x8 or 2x8 & 2x12.
- Patient type: Adult/Geriatric.
- Prefer 2 years of experience.
- Medical Direction.
- Spinals/epidurals not required.
- Locals preferred.
- Types of cases: All but OB.
- EMR: Epic.
- TX license required.
- Additional License Requirements: 2 years experience.
- Credentialing timeline: 120+ days. The site is switching to a new system and will not start accepting new applications till next month sometime.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
