Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Tobin Hill, TX.
- Shift: 2x12+2x8. Day off per week per scheduler's needs. No set days.
- GWW: 44 hours.
- Cases: Ortho, Urology, General, GI, GYN.
- Will cross credential at 3 sites.
- Medical Direction.
- EMR: Cerner.
- Certification Requirement: BLS.
- Practice will screen candidates.
- Credentialing: 90 days.
- $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
