**$20K Completion Bonus (520 hours worked within 13 weeks) for any new candidates **
- Shift Type: 8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. 8's only, no other shifts will be considered.
- Regular Hours: Required.
- Case Type(s): General, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho.
- No OT.
- Site Charting System: Epic, iPro, GE.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 11.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Are you willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes.
- Credentialing: 75 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
