- Shift: 8, 10 & 12 hours.
- Will only consider providers who have a minimum of 30 hours per week to offer.
- Day Shift: Required.
- Other Shift Type: 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts, no call, no weekends, unless wanting to pick up extra shifts on weekends. Weekends available, but not required.
- Is Overtime Expected: Not expected but offered.
- Case Type(s): General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Cardiac, Pediatrics.
- Required Specialty: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Possibly.
- Site Charting System: iPro, Ipro/paper.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 8.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
- Credentialing: 30 days.
- $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
