- Trauma Level/Designation: Level I
- Annual ER Volume: Not specified
- Description of IR Support Staff: Manager, two APPs supporting a team of three Interventional Radiologists
- Number of Interventional Radiologists in Practice: 3 physicians + 2 APPs
- Patient Age Demographic: Primarily Adult (Geriatric frequent)
- Procedures Required: Angioplasty, Stent placement, Embolization, Needle biopsy, Thrombolysis, UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
- Additional Procedures Required or Preferred: Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases too
- Certification Requirements: Active MI License, BC, BLS, ACLS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days-however will fast track need ASAP
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
