Locum Obstetrics/Gynecologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Level Plains, AL. AL license preferred.
- OB/GYN to provide 8:00 am – 4:30 pm clinic coverage and 24-hour hospital call Monday through Thursday.
- This will include outpatient visits, scheduled procedures, and all inpatient OB/GYN call responsibilities.
- Call Type: Beeper.
- Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient.
- Required Specialty Skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation ,Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., Surgical gynecology -, Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's.
- Fellowship: Required.
- BLS, PALS, ACLS,
- Licensed in AL or IMLC.
- Level 3 Trauma.
- EMR: Athena/ Medhost.
- Credentialing: 45 days.
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
