Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Cooper Creek, TX. TX license required.
- Shift: 10 hours, 4 days per week. 40 GWW.
- Medical Direction Model.
- No blocks, spinals or epidurals.
- Types of cases: General ortho vascular gynecology, G.I.
- Texas license required.
- ACLS and Board Certified.
- 2 years experience.
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
