- Shift Type: 8 hour.
- Regular Hours: Required.
- Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required.
- Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required.
- Overtime Expected: Not expected but offered.
- Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics.
- Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes.
- Site Charting System: Cerner.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 3.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 3 to 1.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Other notes about the site: Small community hospital with 3 full time anesthesiologist.
- Credentialing: 45 days.
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
