Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 - 9 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Haltom City, TX. TX license preferred.
- Shift: 4x10 or 5x8.
- No call.
- Medical direction.
- CRNA needs to be able to do spinals.
- Adult / Geriatric / Adolescent.
- Must have 3+ years of experience and clean MP.
- Types of cases: Gyn- ortho- neurospine- general- urology- endoscopy- IR, some CV ( or open hearts).- Vascular- robotic.
- EMR: Epic.
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
